Supply condition

For sweden
Order up to 5999 SEK, freight cost 400 SEK (freight is shown separately on the invoice). Order over 6000, freight free.

For Denmark
Order up to 3499 DKK, freight cost 400 DKK (freight is shown separately on the invoice). Order over 3500, freight free.

For norway
Zip code 0-4999: order up to 9999 NOK, freight cost 500 NOK (freight is shown separately on the invoice). Order over 10000, freight free.
Zip code 5000-9999: order up to 19999 NOK, freight cost 500 NOK (freight is shown separately on the invoice). Order over 20000, freight free.

For finland & Germany
Order up to 1499 EURO, freight cost 60 EURO (freight is shown separately on the invoice). Order over 1500 EURO, freight free.


For rest of europe
Order 0-599 €, freight 60 €. Order 600-1199 €, freight 100 €.Order 1200-1999 €, freight 130 € (freight is shown separately on the invoice). Order over 2000 €, freight free.

Price validity
The prices are valid from 120101 to 120630.We have the right to change our prices due to extreme changes in exchange rate and/or in raw material prices. The prices don’t include any domestic taxes such as MOMS, VAT or IVA.

Payment conditions
30 days upon credit approval. Otherwise payment in advance.

Transport damage
We will not be held responsible for any transport damages. ALL transport damages should be claimed with and compensated by the transport company and NOT with Affari AB. When a transport arrives to your store you must visually inspect the goods for tampering or damage. Is the pallet sealed or has it been tampered with? Is there any damage on the goods or is any goods missing? If so, a comment on the transport bill must be made and the transporter must sign. Make sure that you keep one copy and the transporter the other one. IF NO NOTES ARE MADE THERE WILL BE NO COMPENSATION FOR VISIBLE DAMAGED GOODS. The compensation will be credited to you from the transport company.

 

 

 



Complaints
Any complaints on the goods (except transport damages) should be brought to our attention latest 8 days after date of receipt. Settlement will be compensated with new goods. Goods can only return to us after a written consent by Affari AB. Returned goods shall always be in its original package.

Back orders

Affari AB has the right to cancel backorders.

Fault deliveries
If Affari AB has shipped the wrong goods, please contact us for adjustments.

Minimum order quantity
We do not break any of our shipping boxes for part delivery. We have the right to adjust orders to a full shipping box if the order is on a smaller amount than what is prescribed in the catalogue.

Reservation 
We reserve the right for eventual printing errors and the possibility that a product may be out of stock. Measurements, colour shades and weight may vary slightly, minor changes in design may also occur.
